PAPER COLORS

We print on Crane’s Lettra paper. The 100% cotton paper is soft and luxurious. Crane’s Lettra comes in two different shades: Fluorescent White and Pearl White. Pearl White is the paper most used for our designs. Weights: 110lb and 220lb. If you would like to see a sample, please purchase here.

IN-HOUSE INK COLORS

We are happy to customize any of our designs at no additional cost with your choice of color(s) from our in-house swatches below. If you have a specific color that you do not see here, we can mix a custom ink for a flat rate fee of $50.

flat printing

Flat printing, also known as digital printing, applies ink to the surface of the paper but does not leave a raised or pressed texture. Flat printing allows for multiple vivid colors to be printed at one time.

ENGRAVING

Engraving is when ink is applied to a metal plate and then stamped with intense pressure against paper to give a luxuriously raised ink texture.Engraving creates finely detailed lettering and designs, with slight indentations on the reverse side of the paper.

FOIL printing

Foil printing uses heat to apply foil to the surface of the paper, leaving a slight indentation. We can print in gold, silver and white foil with either a shiny or matte finish.

EMBOSSING

Embossing is the same process as engraving except no ink is applied to the plate. The result is an extremely detailed raised image or design.

LETTERPRESS

Letterpress is when ink is applied to a metal plate and then pressed into paper to give a debossed, textured effect.The pressing process transfers the ink and leaves a deep impression creating a three-dimensional print.

DIE CUTTING

Die cutting uses a steel rule die to cut the paper, allowing us to create custom shapes for any paper goods.
