Can I order a design with a different print method?
Yes! Please email info@dearelouise.com to alter the price of your selection for the different print method you desire.

Can I make changes to a design?
We are happy to consider minor modifications to the designs. Please email info@dearelouise.com to tailor the proof to your personal style.

How are the photos printed and adhered to the card?
To make our designs extra special we print the photographs separately on premium matte photo paper. After you send us your photograph, we will size, print and trim it to the exact size needed for the design, then attach them for you!

How do I select a ribbon, liner or custom ink color?
When you place an order, please specify your desired color. One of our design specialists will be in touch with options to help you make a selection.

Do you offer additional services and upgrades such as envelope addressing, colored envelopes, liners or edge painting?
Yes! Please see our upgrades here to add to your order or email info@dearelouise.com if you don’t see what you are looking for.

What are your paper and ink color choices?

Can I see a sample?
Absolutely! We can’t run a sample of your design, but we are happy to mail you a sample of a previous design to see the quality in person. You can purchase a sample packet here.

How long does the process take?
Once the order is placed you will receive a proof within 2 business days. Following proof approval, the product ships within 15 business days. Options for rush are available. Please email us for rush rates.

What if I am interested in a custom design?
